Wayne is a founder Director of Bojen electrical. He has worked in the electrical industry since 1988 when he started his career as an electrical apprentice. He believes the key to his success is recruiting and retaining good quality staff. Wayne places major emphasis on Health and Safety and ensuring this is reflected throughout the workforce.
Craig is the other founder Director and is the ‘Jen’ of Bojen. He started in the electrical industry in 1993 and has always wanted to work for himself. Craig is our technical expert and his passion is training all our staff to be the best they can be.
Nikki has worked for Bojen since the beginning dealing with all the figures. Nikki’s background is financial management, but in more recent years she has had much more focus in growing the business, marketing and looking after staff welfare.
In her spare time she enjoys long walks with Jessie (the Company mascot) and is often seen cheering on her two sporty sons from the side-lines at the weekends!
We welcomed Ashley in 2021 as our Contracts Manager. Ashley has been working in United Arab Emirates on some exciting projects and joins us with a wealth of experience in Electrical engineering. Ashley enjoys playing rugby and spending time with his family in his spare time.
Chey joined us as our Estimator in 2020. Chey has a degree in Construction Project Management and Quantity Surveying, and joins us with plenty of experience in the electrical industry. Chey is our expert in CAD drawings!
Sarah joined us early 2017 as our Administrator, she brings with her a background of customer service and administrative duties.
Sarah is passionate about delivering a high-quality service and is always happy to go the extra mile. Sarah also manages our social media accounts and our website.
Head of Security
Jessie is the youngest member of the Bojen team. She is great at looking super cute and excels in getting as much attention as possible from all who visit us. If you’re passing come in and offer her a tummy rub and you’ll have a friend for life!
